For better protection, most of the goods will be wrapped or boxed or put in satchel unless otherwise specified.

Shipping Cost and Handling

Within Australia:

Automatic shipping estimator is implemented in our online shop. When you add item(s) to the shopping cart, shopping cart contains will be displayed. Then you can enter your post code (or select your country name if overseas) to calculate the shipping and handling fee.

  Goods will be delivered via Australia Post (regular, eParcel or insured eParcel) or other freighters.

Any enquiry about shipping, please contact us and quote your order number.

International (Outside Australia):

Please be noted, we may not be able to ship some items to all overseas countries. Should you have any enquiry, please contact us  .

Disposable service/administrative charges and/or shipping cost are non-refundable, e.g. postage, handling fee, insurance, other service charges, etc.. Insurance (Extra Cover) covers the value of the ordered items only but not include disposable service/administrative charges and/or shipping cost and others. The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the sender unless wrong item (different from the purchase order) was shipped by PHOTONAGE.

 "Estimate Delivery Time" is an estimation only, the actual delivery time may be shorter of longer than that.  Delivery time is started counting after the buyer's payment and confirmed delivery address are received by us.

Warranty and Return Policy

Since PHOTONAGE cannot control the manner of use of products after their sale, PHOTONAGE will not be responsible for any consequential or damages. No warranties will apply if the products are in any way altered or modified after delivery by PHOTONAGE. No liability can be accepted for any damages or interruptions to services caused by any product, or failure of any product to perform, including but not limited to any lost profits, lost savings, loss of use, loss of data, or any other special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damage of any kind, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damage, and regardless of the theory of liability pursuant to which such damages may be sought.

Return Policy:

Should a customer receives product which is DOA (dead on arrival), then the customer must notify PHOTONAGE by contact us within 7 (seven) days of goods were received and discuss to send back the product for replacement or warranty. This policy is conditional subject to an inspection of the product to ensure that the item has not been mistreated.

In addition, purchases from PHOTONAGE within 14 days of the date of the invoice may still be accepted for refund if the goods are unopened in original brand new factory condition. All returns are solely at the discretion of PHOTONAGE (subject to an inspection) and involve a re-stocking fee of 30% of the value of the item. Freight on returns must be prepaid by buyer. Before send back, please contact us  to request for the Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and return procedure.

PHOTOANGE usually won't be able to approve a refund or exchange:
1. If the goods aren't faulty and aren't in a condition where they can be re-sold as new. eg missing/damaged/defaced packaging, CDs, manuals, cables etc.
2. If you have just changed your mind or found a better price elsewhere.
3. If your purchase is older than 14 days from the date of the invoice.

4. If the goods have signs of wear & tear. (These are generally be considered to have had reasonable use and can only be repaired or replaced under the manufacturer's warranty.)
5. If you lack the technical ability necessary to use the purchased equipment.

Warranty:

Most full price products are carrying RTB (return to base) manufacturer's limited warranty ranging from 3 months to 1 year warranty, some items may have longer warranty period. Customers should read the products individual page regarding manufacturer warranty. If any question, please contact us.

 

All components supplied in our Kits (i.e. require assembly) are of high quality and are covered by our standard warranty. However we cannot guarantee components that have been used nor can we guarantee the constructor’s workmanship. Once a kit has been commenced all warranty claims are void. Should you open a kit and find any damaged or faulty components please contact us with your order number.

 

Products with discounted price (e.g. on sales, special, etc.) may have RTB manufacturer's limited warranty for 7 days of goods were received . Products for clearance will be sold at very low price (sometimes below cost) and will be sold as is, so no refund, no return and no warranty.

What's not covered under warranty:

Damage or loss caused by power surges, natural events such as flooding and lightning strike, accidental or deliberate misuse and abuse are not covered under manufacturer's warranties. Consult your household insurance policy for these.
